3. The Strategy Template - a report following the meeting summarising the first steps that need to be taken.

4. The Recommendation Report - presented at the second meeting detailing Katie's proposals for your financial plan.

5. The Decision Summary - a letter that lists all the actions that need to be taken.

6. The Communication Promise - our commitment to keeping in touch with you by post and email with a selection of articles, magazines and information on your assets.

7. The Strategic Review - the meeting where we catch up and begin the Process again.
